It's 120 years old barn on a hilltop, in the middle of a pristine, quiet landscape. I re-invented it into a warm, welcoming place - a transformation that keeps the beauty of original stones and beams, combining them with bold touches of raw concrete and metal.

Beyond the house, the property is a small world for happy living: residents get to eat organic vegetables grown on or near the property, sample the jam we prepare in season, pick the fruits that grow in the permaculture garden that is slowly built around the house...

If you look for a place from which to explore the Quercy region, unwind with people you love, or get away from it all for a while - then it's the place.

The house is available for rental as a whole.

NB. The house is in a quiet place, and the few neighbors like it this way. It's perfect place to meet friends and family, but if you look for a place to party, it won't be it :-(.

The place opened in June 2019, but I have been a host with Airbnb for years, and I proudly received my badge as a "Superhost" - by now 7 times in a row.

What is a superhost? This is what Airbnb says: "The superhost are not just regular hosts with a nice badge next to their profile (although the badge itself looks pretty cool). This success means that as a host, their home and the stays they offer are an example for other hosts in the hospitality industry. "

Cool, no? But for me it essentially means that welcoming people is a pleasure. To bring this place to life is to try to share with people the joy that comes with a place and a house, and how they can change your life.
